Shipping And Returns
All Sales are Final. All approved returns for warranty must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA) to insure proper credit. Transportation charges must be prepaid on returned warranty goods. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Upon confirmation of deficiencies by inspection, merchandise will be corrected and returned prepaid or purchase price credited if under warranty. All other returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Any deviation to above merchandise returns must be pre-approved. Prices, product listings, line drawings, catalog sizes, weights and manufacturing details are subject to change without notice. These shipping options are currently available in select areas (check UPS.com to see if your zip code/postal code qualifies for express shipping). The shipping times depend on the type of shipping option chosen.
GetMudFlaps.com offers free ground shipping anywhere within the continental US on online orders only of $50.00 or more, not including taxes. ALL orders called in will be charged freight. Canadian customers are responsible for all shipping fees, brokerage fees and applicable taxes.
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
Items purchased during holiday seasons may take 1-2 days longer than usual.
Same Day Shipping applies to orders placed before 12:30 PM (CST) on regular business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 12:30 (CST) ship within 24 hours.
Return Procedure for Warranty Goods
Product warranty begins at the date of manufacture unless accompanied by proof of purchase.

Warranty items returned to ACI will require a Return Authorization number (RA) for us to accept shipment of your item(s). To get this number please contact our Customer Service Department at 701-251-1427. If you leave a message and include order number and a phone number or an email address we will contact you within 1-2 business days. The Customer Service Representative contacting you will have further instructions for your easy return. Agri-Cover, Inc. does not automatically generate RA’s online. Shipments without prior authorization, without a valid RA number clearly posted on the outside of the box, will be refused. Agri-Cover, Inc. is not responsible for items returned without traceable markings (customer name, address and RA number) on or in the box.
If an item is in a not-new condition as a result of manufacturer defect, or a defect occurs during the intended use of the product, we reserve the ability to replace defective parts. In the event of a return, we will send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label to use for returning your order to GetMudFlaps.com. To get the shipping label and a valid RA number, see our full return procedure above. Once you’ve gotten both the label and RA number, just ship the defective item with the original packaging, paperwork and parts back to us. We’ll process your return and ship you a replacement or credit your account promptly.
**GetMudFlaps.com does not reimburse for labor charges or installation time under any circumstances.
Because of the custom nature of our products we do not process exchanges in the traditional manner. A returned warranty product is not directly exchanged for another product in our inventory. Instead, we credit you for the initial order (the returned item less any applicable fees, including restock and freight), and charge you for a new order (the replacement item). In any event, we reserve the right to replace defective parts instead of a full replacement. If you request that an item be replaced, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your returned product. Please allow 5-10 business days to process and return once it has arrived at our warehouse. Items to be replaced and sent to us without a proper RA number will be refused.
Changes to Orders and Cancellations
In the event your order needs to be altered or canceled please call our Customer Service Department at 888-814-4327. We will do all we can to accommodate your request prior to the order being processed. Any order cancelled after order confirmation is subject to a 20% restock fee.
